What is 1:1 Coaching?

Coaching is a partnering with clients in a thought provoking and creative process that inspires you to maximize your personal and professional potential. Coaching honors the client as the expert in his or her life and work, and believes that every client is creative, resourceful, and whole."

When can I book an appointment?

All appointments will be based on the package of your choice. This will be at least one time per week on a set day and time. Appointments can be adjusted with at least a 48 hour advance notice.


Payment for your package of choice will need to be paid prior to booking appointment. 

How long and where does a session take place?

All individual coaching sessions are based on increments of one hour. Coaching sessions take place on the phone, through email, the office or a neutral location agreed upon between you the client and me the coach. The environment should be a place where you feel you can relax and openly talk, without interruption or distraction.

What is the recommended number of sessions?

It is strongly recommended all new clients make a commitment of at least three months.  However, we have different coaching options to meet your needs with our one time session, month to month and of course our three month package.
